Shipping and Returns

Shipping (Contiguous U.S.)

  • All domestic orders over $49 will receive free ground shipping.
  • A $5.99 delivery fee will be applied to orders under $49.
  • The purchase of online gift cards does not qualify for free shipping.
  • Orders placed Monday through Friday after 2pm Pacific Time will be processed the following business day.
  • Orders placed Saturday after 12pm Pacific Time will be processed on the following Monday.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

Return and Exchange Policy

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Food is guaranteed up to 90 days from the original date of purchase, or whatever manufacturer guidance suggests, whatever is lower.
  • No returns on open supplements, sale items, or custom orders.
  • All other items may be returned if unused and in resellable condition within 30 days from the original date of purchase for a full refund.
  • Items returned within 60 days of the original purchase date may be returned for store credit only.
  • Any cash return with a valid receipt exceeding $100 will be issued as a check and mailed within 5-7 business days.
  • Online purchases can be returned at one of our Babyroots locations or shipped to our warehouse.

  • Your return must include the original order number written on the outside of your return package.
  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
